The High Tide Cocktail
This cocktail is perfect for New England sunsets. Similar to a bellini, it combines Prosecco with a splash of something sweet. Prosecco is a moderately priced sparkling white wine. Be sure to stock up on local blueberries for the garnish.
1 bottle of Prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)
Elderflower Cordial (a sweet liqueur)
A few blueberries
Pour a teaspoon of Elderflower Cordial into a champagne glass.
Fill up the glass with the Prosecco, and garnish with a blueberry.
Make enough for everyone else.
Sit back and relax.
